Bring to a boil in a medium saucepan. Reduce heat and cook sweet potato chunks until tender (about 15 minutes). Drain and rinse with cold water.

STEP 2: Peel, core and cut the pear into chunks. Bring to boil in a small saucepan. Reduce the heat and cook gently until soft (about 5-10 minutes depending on the type of pear). Drain and rinse with cold water.

STEP 3: Cut the mango lengthways as close to the flat seed as possible into two slices. With a knife, cut each slice flesh-side-up into small squares, being careful not to cut all the way through the skin. Either cut cubes off or scoop the flesh out with a spoon.

STORING AND SERVING:
Allow the puree to cool. Pour or spoon the puree into your Kiddo Feedo Freezer Tray, secure lid and freeze purees until solid. Once frozen transfer the cubes into zip-lock bags for long-term storage, allowing the tray to be ready for a a new food to store! Defrost portions as needed in your refrigerator using an airtight container. When defrosted heat the purée in a saucepan over low heat until you reach a desired temperature.

IMPORTANT:
Always check with your pediatrician before introducing your baby to a new food, particularly if your baby has food allergies.
